A public place to log supplier experiences, for importers and product founders. There is no signup, no ads, and no paid listings.
Factual, first-hand notes: who you worked with, the platform, the product, order context, outcome, and what happened. Every report shows whether the submitter said they were affiliated with the supplier and whether it was based on direct experience. We may reject reports that look like fake or affiliated reviews.
We do not publish personal phone numbers, WeChat or WhatsApp IDs, individual employee names, private emails, or unredacted documents. Sensitive proof and contact details are kept privately for moderation only.
We do not use words like "verified", "trusted", "scammer", or "blacklisted". Reports are written as buyer accounts, not proven fact.
Use the report this listing button on any page to flag a privacy issue or a fake review, or to ask for a supplier reply. Suppliers and submitters can ask us to edit or remove a report, and a supplier can ask to post a reply. The report button is the fastest way to reach a moderator.
